Solution for temperature measurement of the furnace chamber of a coal chemical gasifier
Firstly, the main structure of the gasifier thermocouple adopts an adjustable anti-vibration design concept. When the thickness of the gasifier furnace wall lining changes, the gasifier thermocouple can be adjusted within ±120mm through a retractable threaded sleeve to ensure that the measuring element always remains in the optimal position. When the furnace shell and inner lining undergo shearing, the universal ball can be used to make the probe rotate along with the inclination. Under the action of the limit guide tube and the correction vibration damping spring, the probe is always kept at the correct position at the center of the wall-penetrating sleeve, avoiding the breakage of the gasifier thermocouple caused by hard force shearing when the furnace wall deforms. The multi-stage leak-proof structure design can prevent the convection between the inside and outside of the furnace through the thermocouple sheath when it is damaged, thus avoiding the safety hazards caused by high-temperature conduction or even leakage inside the furnace. This reflects safety awareness and environmental protection concepts.
Application scope: Mainly used in high-temperature and high-pressure reducing corrosive atmospheres where coal water slurry is used as raw material.

The movable thermocouple mainly consists of six parts:
1. Temperature measurement thermocouple
2. Process connection pipe (length adjustment pipe)
3. Flange
4. High-pressure ceramic seals (or compression sealing components)
5. Compression type sealing assembly seat
6. Explosion-proof junction box (or high-voltage explosion-proof cavity)
1. Temperature measurement thermocouple tube: It is composed of steel pipe and special high-temperature ceramic tube, etc. The steel pipe part is connected to the process connection tube, and the ceramic tube part is made up of an inner tube and an outer protective tube.
2. Process connection pipe: It serves to connect the temperature-measuring thermocouple and the flange, as well as to adjust the insertion depth of the thermocouple. Moreover, it enables the temperature-measuring thermocouple to swing radially within the diameter range of the installation hole.
Iii. High-pressure Ceramic seals: They are the first pressure-resistant seal for Type One thermocouples and are formed through special firing and welding processes. The compression type sealing assembly is a sealing type of type two. The conical sealing parts in it are made by processing and treating China's aerospace sealing materials, featuring high temperature resistance and reliable sealing performance. The two types of seals showed no leakage under a pressure test of 15MPa.
